Manual harvest with selection of the bunches in the vineyard in the early morning hours of the third ten days of August.
VINIFICATION
Exclusive extraction of the flower must with subsequent cold static decantation. Fermentation at 13 °C for 20 days.
REFINEMENT
Aged on fine lees in steel barrels for 3 months.
COLOR
Pale pink with light salmon reflections.
AROMAS
Subtle and elegant with floral hints of wild rose and fruity notes of peach. Notes of citrus fruits such as grapefruit.
TASTE
Balanced and harmonious, animated by an elegant freshness.
MATCHING
Thanks to its elegance, it pairs perfectly with fresh fish, summer aperitifs and crudités.

UMBRIA ROSATO IGT
Umbria Rosato IGT is a fresh and elegant wine, obtained from a blend of Sagrantino (60%) and Sangiovese (40%). It has a delicate pale pink color with salmon reflections and a refined bouquet of wild rose, snuffbox peach and citrus fruits such as grapefruit. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with a lively freshness. Perfect to accompany fresh fish, summer aperitifs and crudités. It should be served at 10-12 °C and has a potential of aging of 2 years. Ideal for moments of lightness and conviviality.
