HARVEST TIME: Harvesting is carried out manually, preferably at times of the day when the temperature is lower.

HARVEST NOTE: Hand harvest during the freshest hours of the day.

AGING: Fermentation with short maceration on grape skins, some months on fine lees

COLOUR: soft pink

WINE AROMAS: A wine of great complexity and finesse. Intense aromas of citrus fruits with tropical shades and nuances of acacia flowers combined with sensations of chamomile, honey and flint. During the aging in bottles, the wine obtains the typical hydrocarbon fragrance.

TASTE NOTES: Full-bodied wine with pleasant freshness and taste, supported by an optimal sweet finish. The palate is vibrating and refined. An elegant and structured wine with a great aging potential.

BOUQUET: Rich of fruit aromas such as cherry, strawberry, Raspberry and pomegrade. Presents charming tannins that reflect the variety and give a good structure
