PASSITO DI MONTEFALCO SAGRANTINO DOCG 2017 - 0,375l

Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG is a sweet, structured wine obtained from 100% Sagrantino grapes.

After natural drying on mats, the wine is aged in French oak for at least 24 months and a further 12 months in the bottle.

It has an intense ruby red colour, notes of ripe red fruit, spices, tobacco and jam.

On the palate it is viscous, full and persistent, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness.

Perfect with Umbrian tozzetti, red fruit tarts, mature cheeses and dark chocolate.

Aging potential: 25-30 years.

Serve at 14-16°C.
