The Trebbiano Spoletino "Del Posto" Spoleto DOC is a refined white, 100% Trebbiano Spoletino.

With an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections, it offers a complex bouquet of vanilla, resin, Mediterranean spices, yellow peach and cedar, which evolves into hints of hydrocarbons with refinement.

On the palate it is full-bodied, savoury and persistent, with notes of acacia honey and resin.

Ideal with tasty first courses such as carbonara and tagliatelle with white truffle, fine white meats and mature cheeses.

With an aging potential of 8-10 years, it should be served at 12-14 °C.
