PERTICAIA is immersed in the green hills in the heart of Umbria, not far from the city of Montefalco.
A project that the Becca family, wine enthusiasts and successful entrepreneurs in Luxembourg, with the desire to invest in their beloved homeland, embraced in 2018, taking over and taking over a small family-run winery, embracing its history and values.
With currently 34 hectares under vine, our style has always been recognized for the elegance and finesse of the tannins in the classics of Montefalco: Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG (also in its Passito version), Montefalco Rosso DOC and Montefalco Rosso DOC Riserva. The selection of Perticaia wines is also based on what has always been considered a “plus” of the company, Trebbiano Spoletino. Pioneers in the rediscovery and valorization of this old vine of mountain origin, it represents for us a true signature of the territory.
Perticaia: the word that in the archaic Umbrian language means “plough”, the tool that probably more than any other represents the synergy between man and agriculture, an indicator of the deep bond with our land.

Ethics and integrity in all our activities, in the relationship with customers and collaborators. Perticaia is led by a passionate group of young people who enthusiastically carry forward the love for the Umbrian land and who transmit it to all those who come to visit.
Enhance the territory and the typical features of our lands with a simple and contemporary language, making our wines speak, witnesses of the identity and uniqueness of the Umbrian land. All in synergy with nature and in respect of it, reducing the environmental impact to the minimum by making choices of sustainability and protection.
