HARVEST TIME
Manual harvest with selection of the bunches in the vineyard in the early morning hours of the third ten days of August.
VINIFICATION
Exclusive extraction of the flower must with subsequent cold static decantation. Fermentation at 13 °C for 20 days. The foaming is carried out gradually following the Martinotti method
REFINEMENT
Aged on fine lees in steel barrels for 5 months.
COLOR
Light pink.
AROMAS
It opens with a bouquet of small red fruits such as wild strawberry and continues with citrus notes of grapefruit and floral notes of wild rose.
TASTE
Balanced, structured and harmonious. Animated by a powerful freshness and a slender minerality
MATCHING
Thanks to its elegance it pairs perfectly with fresh fish, aperitifs, crudités and non-mature cheeses.

SPUMANTE BRUT ROSÉ
Spumante Brut Rosé is a refined blend of Sagrantino (60%) and Sangiovese (40%), vinified with the Martinotti method. With a pale pink color, it offers a bouquet of wild strawberries, grapefruit and wild rose. On the palate it is balanced, structured and fresh, with an elegant minerality. Ideal to accompany fresh fish, aperitifs, crudités and young cheeses. To be served at 6-8 °C, with a potential of aging of 2 years, it is an excellent choice for toasts and convivial moments.
