CLIMATE AND HARVEST
Vintage characterized by little rainfall during the year. Dry and cold winter, mild spring, but with some frosts. Most of the summer had high temperatures and no rainfall, accompanied by warm winds at the end of August. September and October with cool temperatures and an optimal excursion between day and night with the presence of some well-localized rains, which allowed the plants to continue ripening in an optimal way.
