PERTICAIA, by means of express couriers, delivers the products ordered by the Customer to the address indicated by the Customer on the purchase order.

PERTICAIA's objective is to always safeguard the product, ensuring its perfect conservation throughout the journey.

 

Shipments are made to the main European countries and North America (United States and Canada).

Please note that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, the data provided during registration on this site are collected for shipping and any invoicing of the order.

 

In the event of failure to provide the data, the order will not be successful.

PERTICAIA undertakes to treat such data confidentially and not to disclose it to unauthorized persons, nor to use it for purposes other than those indicated herein, unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the Customer. Such data may be communicated, subject to the signing of a confidentiality agreement, to collaborators and employees delegated to their conservation and to the performance of the activities mentioned above, and will be disclosed exclusively within the scope of the purposes of the service provided. Such data will also be exhibited upon request of the authorities authorized by law.

In relation to the processing of personal data, the customer may directly and at any time exercise the rights under art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, including, in particular, obtaining the indication of:

the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;

The customer will also have the right to obtain:

 

the updating, rectification or integration of the data;

 

the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.

You will also have the right to object, in whole or in part:

 

for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

 

to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

PERTICAIA guarantees that the products delivered will be the same as those indicated and described on the site and compliance with all regulations regarding the conservation of the products until the time of delivery to the place indicated in the order. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate the recognition of the products; due to variations in the packaging, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.

 

As required by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005 (former right of withdrawal) and Legislative Decree 21/2014 PERTICAIA Customers enjoy the satisfaction or refund guarantee with the possibility of returning the products purchased within 14 working days of receipt, except in the case of products that by their nature cannot be returned such as perishable food items or personalized items. The right of withdrawal is a right of natural persons who act for purposes not directly related to the professional activity carried out. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

 

It is necessary to send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below or an e-mail to info@perticaia.it within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

In the communication the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to return the purchased products, in good condition.of conservation and with original labels not removed.

 

The packaging of the products must be accurate, in order to safeguard the original packaging from damage, affixing of writings or labels.

 

The products must be returned by express courier at your own expense.

 

It is recommended to use a traceable and insured shipping method as PERTICAIA will not be responsible for the loss, failure to receive or damage of the material sent.

 

The goods will be refunded by PERTICAIA after having verified the content and condition of the products, within 14 days of receiving the communication from the customer.

PERTICAIA will provide a full refund of the expenses incurred by the customer for the purchase.

AVAILABILITY

 

PERTICAIA undertakes to insert only products that are actually available on the site. In the event that the products are not currently in stock or in the event that it cannot guarantee delivery within the established times, PERTICAIA will take care to adequately report the unavailability of the product.

The sending of the order by the Customer is also valid as acceptance of a possible partial delivery, limited to the products available within those ordered, as well as a waiver to request compensation and/or indemnity for this reason.

PERTICAIA also undertakes, in accordance with the law, to promptly inform the Customer of any sudden unavailability of the product ordered, to agree on the continuation of the order or its modification with similar products.

If the Customer is nevertheless interested in a product that is not currently available, the Customer is asked to send an e-mail, so that PERTICAIA can provide more precise information.

 

PRICES

 

The prices of the products indicated in the various sections of this site include VAT.

The prices applied to each sale are those indicated on the site at the time of the order by the Customer and are subject to change.

The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order, by credit card or advance bank transfer. The tax documentation will be issued by PERTICAIA at the time of delivery.

 

BILLING

 

To obtain the invoice, it is necessary to indicate your Tax Code at the time of the order and make an express request in the notes of the order itself.

The invoice will be issued at the same time as the shipment of the goods and sent with it.
