Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 "Consumer Code")

PERTICAIA guarantees that the products delivered will be the same as those indicated and described on the site and that all regulations regarding the conservation of the products will be respected until the moment of delivery to the place indicated in the order. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate the recognition of the products; due to variations in the packaging, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.

As provided for by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005 (former right of withdrawal) and Legislative Decree 21/2014, PERTICAIA Customers enjoy the satisfaction or refund guarantee with the possibility of returning the products purchased within 14 working days of receipt, except in the case of products that by their nature cannot be returned such as perishable food items or personalized items. The right of withdrawal is a right of natural persons who act for purposes not directly related to any professional activity they may carry out. In the communication the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to return the purchased products, in good condition and with the original labels not removed.
- The packaging of the products must be accurate, in order to safeguard the original packaging from damage, writing or labels.
- Products must be returned via express courier at your own expense.
- We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method as PERTICAIA will not be responsible for the loss, failure to receive or damage of the material sent.
- The goods will be refunded by PERTICAIA after having verified the content and condition of the products, within 14 days of receiving the communication from the customer.
PERTICAIA will provide a full refund of the expenses incurred by the customer for the purchase.
